Green Habitat Cooperative Multi-Purpose Society Limited was inaugurated in April 1993 as a thrift and credit Society to assist its members overcome their socio-economic problems by way of imbibing the culture of savings and fully registered under Lagos State Cooperative Act. It is also a Legal Entity owned and democratically controlled by Members which was upgraded to Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited in the Year
These Members have as producers or consumers of its Products or Services, which includes Loans to members, Purchasing of Household Appliances, Homes/Lands Ownership Scheme at an affordable interest rate with a soft re-payment plan, Real Estate Investment amongst others within the limits of our Bye-laws. It has not been easy as we thought but with God’s guidance & love to its members. And one of the greatest achievements of the Society was the ability to keep the Society alive, sound and healthy till date through the stewardship President with their respective agile & dedicated executives. All records have since the inauguration been up to date according to the Rules, Regulations and Principles guiding the operations of Cooperative Society.
